Yoga flow class in warrior one pose at Evolvere Lane Cove

Yoga Flow

A dynamic and balanced practice blending strength and flexibility, effort and ease.

Is this for you?

A dynamic yoga class that combines movement, breath and focus through flowing sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Challenging yet accessible, the class encourages you to move at your own pace while exploring a stronger, more energising practice.

This class is ideal if you:

  • enjoy a flowing, full-body style of yoga
  • want to build strength, mobility and control
  • like being physically challenged while still creating space to slow down and reset
  • have some yoga experience and feel ready for a more dynamic practice

Modifications are offered throughout class so you can adjust the intensity to suit your body and energy levels. If you're completely new to yoga, Yoga Fundamentals is a great place to begin and will help build confidence before progressing into Yoga Flow.

What to expect

Arrive a few minutes early and your teacher will help you get settled, check in about your body and make sure you're set up for class.

Yoga Flow combines elements of vinyasa and hatha yoga through breath-led movement and flowing sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and control. Classes move with energy and intention, while still creating space to pause, reset and move at your own pace.

The class finishes with guided relaxation and time to fully unwind before stepping back into your day.

Most people come back for how it makes them feel afterwards, your body feels warm and worked, your mind feels quieter, and everything just settles a little more easily.

Testimonials

What our members say

I went to the regular yoga class and it was a wonderful experience. Tatiana is an excellent teacher with great awareness of my body's capabilities and limitations. This meant that I could enjoy each pose going at my own pace without feeling any pressure to 'perform'. The meditation at the end of the class was exactly what I needed and carried me through the rest of the evening and into the next day.

Hannah O'Brien

I'm not your typical candidate for a yoga student. I experienced my first yoga class at Evolvere and the teacher Tatiana was patient, kind and very easy to understand. To my surprise it was amazing, there was no judgement, I didn't feel out of place, felt encouraged to learn and at the end it was one of the most satisfying, strenuous and fulfilling workouts I've ever done.

Jai Garbyal

I have tried numerous yoga studios around the North Shore and my search has stopped here. Tatiana is an amazing yoga teacher. With her insightful comments and her attention to detail, she makes sure you get the most of your yoga practice. I love the fact that the classes combine the practice of yoga postures, breathing and meditation.
