Private fertility yoga session — gentle movement and breathwork at Evolvere Lane Cove

Fertility Yoga

A personalised one-on-one program to support your body, your cycle and your journey towards conception.

What makes this different

This is not a general yoga class. It's a tailored practice that works with your natural cycle, supporting your body through each phase and helping you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for pregnancy.

Whether you are planning to conceive, have been trying for some time, or are preparing for or undergoing IVF, this program gives you practical tools and a deeper understanding of your body.

For best results, we recommend beginning at least 3 months before trying to conceive or starting an IVF cycle, giving your body time to prepare, regulate and respond.

Your sessions are guided by your menstrual cycle and its phases, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, stress and its impact on fertility, and your personal emotional experience.

Each session is tailored to where you are in your cycle, helping you support your body in a way that feels aligned, not forced. You'll also receive simple take home practices between sessions to help deepen and support the effects of the work.

What we work on together

Your personalised program may include:

  • cycle based movement and yoga practices
  • breathing techniques to regulate stress and support hormonal balance
  • nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
  • gentle strengthening and mobility work
  • restorative practices to support recovery and regulation
  • tools to help you feel more connected to and confident in your body
  • personalised take home practices between sessions

Why this matters

Fertility is not just physical. It's deeply connected to your nervous system, your stress levels and how supported you feel in your body.

By creating space for your body to regulate and restore, you give yourself the best possible foundation for conception.

Who is this for?

Fertility Yoga is suitable for:

  • women preparing to conceive
  • those who have been trying for some time
  • women preparing for or undergoing IVF
  • anyone wanting a supported approach to fertility

Partners are welcome to be part of the process where appropriate.

What to expect

Each session begins with a conversation about where you are in your cycle and how you're feeling.

Your practice is then tailored to you, combining movement, breath and relaxation to support your body in that specific phase.

This is a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, tune in and feel guided. You share what feels right. We never ask why you're here.

I started going to Tatiana's classes when I first fell pregnant and I couldn't have been more happy with the decision. I didn't think it was possible to feel so fit, healthy and in tune with your body.
