Pregnancy Pilates
A safe and strengthening Pilates class designed to help you feel strong and supported throughout pregnancy.
Is this for you?
As pregnancy progresses, your posture, balance and core support all begin to change. Pregnancy Pilates is designed to help you stay strong, stable and supported while adapting to those changes safely.
This class is for you if:
• You want to stay active and supported throughout pregnancy
• You want to build strength that supports your changing body
• You want to improve stability, posture and pelvic support
• You want to ease common discomforts like back pain, hip tension and heaviness
• You're looking for a calm and supportive environment with other pregnant women
Suitable from early pregnancy through to full term, with no Pilates experience needed.
Safe for you and your baby
Every movement in this class is thoughtfully selected for pregnancy, with a focus on supporting your changing posture, stability and core support through each trimester.
Your teacher is trained in prenatal movement and understands the physical changes that come with pregnancy and how to safely adapt exercises as your body changes.
If you have any pregnancy related concerns or complications, please reach out before your first class so we can guide you toward the most appropriate support and options for your body.
As always, check with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise during pregnancy.
What to expect
Arrive about ten minutes early and your teacher will welcome you in, check how you're feeling and help you get set up with any props needed for class.
Classes begin with gentle breath work and activation exercises to help you connect with your posture, pelvic floor and deep core support. From there, you'll move through a series of safe and supportive Pilates based exercises designed to strengthen the hips, glutes, back and core while improving stability and easing common pregnancy discomforts.
Movements are controlled, low impact and carefully adapted for pregnancy, with options offered throughout to support your body through each trimester.
You'll also explore breathing and movement techniques that can support you during labour and birth, while building strength and awareness that carries into everyday life and early postpartum recovery.
Most women leave class feeling stronger, more supported in their body and more comfortable moving through pregnancy.

I started going to Evolvere during my pregnancy and wow I could not have made a better decision! Pregnancy Pilates with Tatiana was fantastic. I now do mums and bubs classes and it is so lovely to come to a safe and supportive studio to work on my post partum recovery.

“Amazing Pilates classes for pregnancy. The studio has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and is always filled with soft light. Tatiana has a keen attention to detail, so at no point can you go wrong with any exercise. I highly recommend trying out Tatiana's prenatal classes.”
