Getting started

Whether you're brand new to movement, returning after a break, pregnant, postnatal or simply looking for a studio where you feel comfortable, you're welcome here.

We're a boutique studio in the heart of Lane Cove offering Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Strength and Cardio classes for every stage of life.

All classes are booked online through Mindbody. Creating an account only takes a minute and can be done during checkout.

Your First Visit Checklist

• Book your class online at least a few hours in advance of the class you are planning to attend.

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in and meet your instructor.

• Bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing you can move in.

• Yoga mat hire is available for $2 if you don't have your own.

• Grip socks are required for Barre. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

• Indoor training shoes are recommended for Box Fit.

• Barefoot or socks are fine for all other classes.

• Let your instructor know about any injuries or concerns, so we can provide appropriate modifications.

• Please note we have a 2hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made online through your booking. We are unable to process cancellations via text, email or phone.

Injuries & health considerations

Have a pre-existing injury, chronic condition or anything you'd like us to know about? We'd love to hear from you before your first class.

Get in touch and we'll chat about what modifications are available, which classes are best suited for you and how we can make sure you feel safe and supported from day one.

Our instructors are experienced in adapting classes for a wide range of injuries, conditions and life stages. We'll help you find options that feel safe, supportive and achievable.

Finding us

You'll find us at Suite 1, 2 Austin Street, Lane Cove, just above Via Napoli.

Street parking is available on Austin Street. The Lane Cove Market Square car park directly across the road offers 2 hours free parking.

If Market Square is full, The Canopy car park is only a short walk away and usually has plenty of spaces.

Please note the studio is accessed via stairs. Prams can be parked just outside under the awning.

Common questions

Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Yoga Fundamentals, Pilates Mat and Postnatal Pilates are all excellent places to start.

Absolutely. Many of our students are returning to movement after a long break. There's no pressure to keep up. Simply work at your own pace and build confidence as you go.

Yes. Our Mums & Bubs classes are specifically designed for mums and babies to attend together. You'll find these classes clearly marked on the timetable.

Yes, but we recommend booking online before arriving as classes can fill quickly, especially during busy periods.
