We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made online through your booking — not via text, email or phone.

Classes & What to Bring

We encourage you to bring your own, but mats are available to hire at the studio for $2.

For Barre, grip socks are compulsory. For Pilates and Postnatal Pilates, grip socks are recommended but regular socks are fine. For Yoga, you'll be barefoot.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Activewear you feel good in is perfect.

For Box Fit and strength-style classes, indoor training shoes are recommended. All other classes are barefoot or in socks.

Yoga Fundamentals, our range of Pilates classes or Barre are all great starting points. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll guide you to the right fit.

Absolutely. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. You'll be guided and supported throughout.

FAQ

Pregnancy, Postnatal & Babies

Absolutely. We offer pregnancy-specific yoga and pilates classes designed to safely support your body through each stage of pregnancy.

Once pregnant, we invite all clients to transition into our specialised pregnancy classes. Many choose to move across as early as 9 weeks. If you already have a consistent movement practice with us, you may continue attending regular classes for up to 20 weeks, or until you begin to show.

As our general classes are not designed specifically for pregnancy, pregnant clients are encouraged to transition into our dedicated pregnancy classes as pregnancy progresses.

Every recovery is different, however many women begin returning to movement around 6 to 8 weeks postpartum. Our postnatal classes focus on pelvic floor recovery, rebuilding deep core strength and helping you return to exercise safely and confidently.

Yes — our Mums & Bubs classes are designed for you and baby to attend together.

Evolvere is located on the first floor and access is via stairs only. There is currently no lift access or dedicated pram parking space inside the studio.

Many mums do still arrive with prams and often leave them outside the studio door at their own discretion. We recommend bringing all valuables upstairs with you. Smaller travel prams that can fold down may also be left neatly on the stair landing if space allows.

Some mums prefer to arrive with a baby carrier instead, especially during the early months.

If you're unsure what will work best for you, please feel free to contact us before your first visit.

Completely okay. Our classes are designed for real life. Mums feed, change nappies, settle babies and even put them to sleep during class. You can pause anytime to tend to your baby — no pressure to keep moving.

Yes. You don't need to feel ready or have everything figured out before coming. That's exactly what we're here for.

Yes — we offer birth education, postnatal support, feeding guidance and one-on-one sessions.

You don't have to figure it out alone. Reach out and we'll guide you to what feels right for you.
