Studio & Booking
We're in Lane Cove, Sydney — Suite 1, 2 Austin Street, above Via Napoli Pizzeria. A calm, welcoming studio space designed for movement and support.
Yes, all classes must be booked online through Mindbody. Walk-ins are accepted but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
Yes, but classes can fill up. Advance booking is recommended.
We have a 2-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made online through your booking — not via text, email or phone.
There's limited street parking on Austin Street. The Lane Cove Market Square car park is just across the road with 2 hours free — though it can fill up at busy times. If it's full, the Lane Cove Canopy car park is a 4-minute walk away and generally always has spaces.
Classes & What to Bring
We encourage you to bring your own, but mats are available to hire at the studio for $2.
For Barre, grip socks are compulsory. For Pilates and Postnatal Pilates, grip socks are recommended but regular socks are fine. For Yoga, you'll be barefoot.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Activewear you feel good in is perfect.
For Box Fit and strength-style classes, indoor training shoes are recommended. All other classes are barefoot or in socks.
Yoga Fundamentals, Pilates or Postnatal Pilates are great starting points. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll guide you to the right fit.
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. You'll be guided and supported throughout.
Pregnancy, Postnatal & Babies
Yes — we offer pregnancy-specific yoga and pilates classes, and provide guidance depending on your stage of pregnancy.
It varies for every woman. As a general guide, most return after 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance. Our postnatal classes are specifically designed for a safe, gradual return — focusing on pelvic floor, deep core recovery and rebuilding strength from the inside out.
Yes — our Mums & Bubs classes are designed for you and baby to attend together.
Yes, you're welcome to bring a pram. The studio is accessed via stairs with no indoor pram space, but prams can be parked just outside under the awning, close and easily accessible.
Completely okay. Our classes are designed for real life. Mums feed, change nappies, settle babies and even put them to sleep during class. You can pause anytime to tend to your baby — no pressure to keep moving.
Yes. You don't need to feel ready or have everything figured out before coming. That's exactly what we're here for.
Yes — we offer birth education, postnatal support, feeding guidance and one-on-one sessions.
