Power Circuit combines resistance training with cardio intervals in a fast paced circuit format designed to build real strength and endurance.
This class is for you if:
• You want a full body workout that builds both strength and fitness
• You enjoy high energy training in a supportive environment
• You're looking for a class that challenges you while still being scalable
• You want functional strength that translates into everyday life
All levels are welcome. Exercises can be modified or progressed to match your experience and fitness level.
What to expect
Arrive a few minutes early and your teacher will check in about any injuries or concerns and get you set up.
The class is structured as a circuit with stations combining strength exercises, cardio intervals and functional movement patterns. You'll rotate through each station, working at your own intensity while being coached throughout class.
Expect a mix of resistance training, bodyweight work, cardiovascular intervals and core focused exercises designed to build real strength and endurance.
The energy is high, the workouts are challenging and the focus is always on good technique and sustainable progress.
Most people find the strength they build here carries into everyday life, from lifting and running to simply feeling stronger and more capable in their body.

Meet your teacher

Michal
Fitness & Strength Instructor
Michal is a former professional swimmer for the Slovak National Team with a background in sports science, nutrition and chiropractic. He teaches the early morning Power Circuit sessions at 6am.

Common questions
Yes. The circuit format means you work at your own pace and intensity. Michal will offer modifications and progressions so the class meets you where you are.
A water bottle (filtered water available at the studio), a towel and comfortable workout clothing. Indoor training shoes are recommended. Equipment is provided.
Please reach out before your first class so we can talk through what's going on. Most things can be worked around with the right modifications.
Small enough that Michal can coach your form individually and adjust exercises for you throughout. Check our new students page if it's your first visit.
There's limited street parking on Austin Street. The Lane Cove Market Square car park across the road offers 2 hours free, and the Lane Cove Canopy car park is a 4-minute walk away.
Same circuit format, but Mums & Bubs Power Circuit is adapted for postnatal recovery and you bring your baby. This is the full-intensity version.
