Eat. Play. Yoga. reTreat.
A full-day yoga retreat in Willoughby, Sydney. A chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a day being completely looked after.
What this day is about
Life can become a constant cycle of doing, planning, caring for others and moving on to the next thing before you've had a moment to breathe.
This retreat is your opportunity to pause.
A day where nobody needs anything from you. A day where the food is prepared, the schedule is taken care of and the only thing you need to do is arrive.
Through movement, rest, nourishing food, meaningful conversation and simple moments of joy, you'll reconnect with yourself and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded than when you arrived.

What our members say
I've tried a lot of yoga studios in the area, but Evolvere is by far the best. The studio itself has a really good vibe and Tatiana is an amazing instructor. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I specially liked the stretch, roll and release workshop.
“Beautiful studio. Really feel nurtured after doing a class here. Highly recommended. And so brilliant that there is the women's circle.”

Absolutely. Many participants attend on their own. The retreat is intentionally designed to feel welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to connect with others while still honouring your need for personal space and quiet time.
Most people don't. One of the beautiful things about retreat days is how quickly strangers become familiar faces. You're welcome to join conversations, spend time alone, or find a balance between the two.
