Box Fit

High-energy boxing fitness combining technique, pad work and HIIT conditioning. Non-contact, no sparring, no pressure.

Is this for you?

Box Fit combines real boxing technique with high intensity interval training. You'll learn combinations on the pads, build strength and get your heart rate up in a supportive, high energy environment.

There's no sparring or fighting involved, making it approachable even if you've never boxed before.

This class is for you if:

• You want a fun, high energy cardio workout

• You enjoy learning new skills while getting fit

• You're looking for a full body class that builds strength and endurance

• You want to blow off steam and leave feeling amazing

No boxing experience is needed. The class is designed so everyone can jump in, regardless of fitness level.

What to expect

Arrive a few minutes early and your teacher will get you set up with gloves and check in about any injuries or concerns.

Classes are fast paced, high energy and focused on proper boxing technique. You'll learn combinations on the pads, work through shadow boxing drills, and rotate through strength, conditioning and core exercises.

The class is challenging while still allowing everyone to work at their own pace and intensity. Technique and form are coached throughout, so you'll build real boxing skills alongside strength, coordination and endurance.

You'll leave feeling strong, clear headed and completely reset. Most people say it's the best stress relief of their week.
