Breastfeeding & Feeding Support

Support, guidance and reassurance, so you can feel confident feeding your baby, your way.

What makes this support different

This is not about doing things the "right" way. This is about finding what works for you, your baby and your family.

I offer calm, non judgemental support, realistic and practical guidance, space to ask questions and reassurance through those early weeks when everything can feel new and overwhelming.

Feeding support is never just physical. It's emotional too. How you feel matters just as much as how your baby feeds.

My role is to help you feel more confident, informed and supported, not pressured.

What I support you with

Each session is tailored to you, your baby and your feeding goals. This may include:

  • breastfeeding support, latch, positioning and comfort
  • bottle feeding guidance
  • combination feeding support
  • understanding your baby's feeding cues and behaviour
  • building confidence around supply and demand
  • navigating common feeding challenges in the early weeks
  • partner support and involvement
  • reassurance and emotional support
  • gentle guidance around realistic newborn feeding expectations
  • creating a calmer and more connected feeding experience

Sessions are relaxed, practical and tailored to what you need on that particular day.

Before baby arrives

If feeding is something you're already thinking about, preparing before your baby is born can make a huge difference.

Antenatal feeding sessions are designed to help you feel calmer, more informed and mentally prepared for the demanding feeding journey ahead, rather than trying to figure everything out in the middle of exhaustion and overwhelm.

In this session, we can talk through what to expect in the first days and weeks, prepare for breastfeeding, bottle feeding or combination feeding, cover positioning and latch basics, explore common challenges and talk realistically about newborn feeding patterns and life after birth.

Partners are strongly encouraged to attend. Feeding support is not just about the person feeding the baby. Understanding what's normal, how to help and how to offer support can make a huge difference in those early weeks.

This session can be booked on its own or combined with postnatal support.

Is this right for you?

This support is for you if:

  • you want to feel more confident feeding your baby
  • you feel unsure where to start
  • you're experiencing challenges or discomfort
  • you want reassurance that you're on the right track
  • you'd like support that feels calm, practical and judgement free
  • you want your partner to feel more confident and involved too

There is no one perfect way to feed your baby, only the way that works best for your family.

About Tatiana

I'm Tatiana, the founder of Evolvere, a birth educator, doula and lactation counsellor, and most importantly, a mum.

My work is grounded in supporting women and their partners to feel prepared, confident and connected as they move through pregnancy, birth and into the early weeks with their baby.

Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of women through pregnancy yoga, Pilates and postnatal recovery, and I've seen firsthand how much of a difference it makes when both partners feel informed, involved and supported.

My approach is practical, calm and honest. I don't believe in perfect births or perfect feeding journeys. I believe in prepared, supported and empowered experiences.

When I support you, I'm there not just for you, but for your partner as well, so you can both step into this experience feeling more confident, connected and ready for what's ahead.
