Pilates Sculpt

Dynamic Pilates designed to build strength while moving with control and precision.

Is this for you?

Pilates Sculpt builds on the foundations of Pilates by adding weights and resistance to create a stronger full body workout, while still moving with control, alignment and precision.

This class is for you if:

• You already enjoy Pilates and want a greater strength challenge

• You're looking for a full body strengthening class

• You want to build lean muscle while maintaining good movement quality

• You enjoy being challenged without sacrificing control or technique

All levels are welcome, with weights and resistance able to be adjusted to suit your experience and fitness level.

Pilates Sculpt is also marked as postnatal-safe on the timetable, as exercises are carefully selected to support strength building without placing unnecessary pressure on the abdominal wall or pelvic floor.

What to expect

Arrive a few minutes early and your teacher will check in with you, ask about any injuries or concerns, and help you get set up for class.

Pilates Sculpt blends classic Pilates principles with strength focused movement using light to moderate weights and resistance tools. You'll move through targeted exercises designed to build full body strength while maintaining the alignment, control and precision Pilates is known for.

Expect a combination of upper and lower body strengthening, core focused work and flowing sequences that create a dynamic and energising class experience. Class formats change regularly to keep movement varied and your body adapting over time.

Many people find Pilates Sculpt bridges the gap between traditional Pilates and strength training, combining the control and awareness of Pilates with the added challenge of resistance based movement.
