Box Fit combines boxing combinations, pad work and conditioning for a workout that feels high energy, empowering and fun. You'll build coordination, fitness and strength while learning real boxing technique in a supportive environment. No boxing experience needed.
Power Circuit focuses on functional strength and cardiovascular fitness through structured circuit training. Expect resistance work, cardio intervals and full body conditioning designed to build strength that carries into everyday life. Every class follows a consistent training style so you can track progress and continue building strength over time.
