Why this experience matters
Early parenthood can feel full, physically, mentally and emotionally. Creating moments of calm is not a luxury. It's essential.
Sound Bath for Babies offers a gentle opportunity for both you and your baby to slow down, regulate and simply be together. Through the soft, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, the space is filled with calming vibrations that encourage relaxation, connection and nervous system support for both parent and baby.
Babies are naturally curious about sound. Some will relax and fall asleep, others will quietly observe, feed, cuddle or take in the experience in their own way.
There is no expectation for babies to be still or quiet. They are free to sleep, feed, move, vocalise or simply enjoy the sounds around them.
For many parents, the experience becomes just as much about their own wellbeing as it is about their baby, creating a rare opportunity to slow down, breathe and feel supported alongside other families.
Why You'll Love This Sound Bath for Babies
This experience offers a gentle opportunity for both you and your baby to slow down, relax and simply be together.
The soft sounds and soothing vibrations create a calm, nurturing environment where babies can sleep, feed, cuddle or quietly take in the experience around them. As your body relaxes, your baby often responds too, creating a shared sense of calm and connection.
These moments of stillness can help strengthen the bond between you and your baby through presence, touch and shared experience. Many parents find the session just as nourishing for themselves as it is for their little one.
The gentle sounds also provide a rich sensory experience for babies. Listening to different tones, rhythms and vibrations supports curiosity, sensory awareness and early neurological development, all within a safe and supportive environment.
Most importantly, this is an opportunity to pause. No rushing, no expectations and no pressure. Just time together.

Common questions
Sound Bath for Babies is suitable for newborns through to approximately 12 months of age.
Mums, dads, grandparents and caregivers are all welcome to attend with baby.
That's completely normal.
There is no expectation for babies to be quiet, sleep through the session or behave in a particular way. Babies may cry, feed, sleep, wriggle, babble or simply take everything in.
You are welcome to feed, cuddle, settle or move around with your baby at any time.
The beautiful thing is that everyone in the room is in the same stage of life, so there is no judgement and no pressure.
Wonderful.
Many babies relax deeply during the session and drift off to sleep, while others remain awake and curious about the sounds around them.
There is no right or wrong way for your baby to experience the session.
Not at all.
Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to relax. Your facilitator will guide the entire experience.
Evolvere is located on the first floor and access is via stairs only. There is currently no lift access or dedicated pram parking space inside the studio.
Many parents do arrive with prams and often leave them outside the studio door at their own discretion. We recommend bringing all valuables upstairs with you. Smaller travel prams that fold down may also be left neatly on the stair landing if space allows.
Some parents find a baby carrier easier, particularly with younger babies.
Please bring everything your baby may need during the session, along with comfortable clothing for yourself.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and props are all provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle and anything that helps your baby feel settled and comfortable.
There is limited street parking available on Austin Street.
The Lane Cove Market Square car park directly across the road offers two hours free parking, and The Canopy car park is approximately a four minute walk from the studio.
Please feed your baby whenever you need to.
Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding or offering comfort feeds, everything is welcome. This is a baby friendly space and we expect babies to have their own needs and rhythms.
