Mums & Bubs Power Circuit
Postnatal strength and cardio training designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more like yourself again, with your baby right there beside you.
Is this class for you?
This class brings back the feeling of a strong, full body workout, while still respecting the recovery and rebuilding that comes after birth. Expect supportive strength training, cardio intervals and functional movement designed to gradually rebuild fitness over time.
This class is for you if:
• You're ready to start rebuilding strength and fitness after having a baby
• You miss moving your body in a stronger, more energising way
• You want postnatal exercise that feels safe, supportive and progressive
• You'd love to bring your baby along while still focusing on yourself
• You want to feel stronger, fitter and more like yourself again
Suitable from around 6 weeks postpartum, or whenever you feel ready to begin moving again. Options are offered throughout class so you can work at your own pace and comfort level.
Safe for your recovery
Every exercise in this class is adapted for the postnatal body. Your teacher understands the physical changes that come with pregnancy, birth and recovery, and all core and pelvic floor work is designed with postnatal healing in mind.
The circuit format allows you to work at your own pace, with options and modifications offered throughout class. There's no pressure to keep up with anyone else in the room.
Whether you're rebuilding strength after a vaginal birth or caesarean, returning to exercise after time away, or navigating changes in your core and pelvic floor, this class is designed to help you move safely and confidently.
If you have specific concerns around abdominal separation, pelvic floor symptoms or your recovery after birth, please reach out before your first class so we can guide you with the right modifications and support.
If you have any medical concerns, please consult your care provider before starting postnatal exercise.
What to expect
Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, get set up and have a quick check in before class begins.
Classes are structured in a circuit format, combining strength exercises using body weight and equipment, low impact cardio to rebuild endurance, postnatal aware core and pelvic floor work, and functional movements that support everyday life as a mum, from lifting and carrying to getting up and down off the floor.
You'll move at your own pace throughout class, with options and modifications offered at every station. The focus is on rebuilding strength progressively and safely, not pushing your body beyond where it's ready to go.
Babies are welcome to relax on the mat, stay close in a carrier or move around beside you. You can pause to feed, cuddle or settle your baby whenever needed. Real life is always welcome here.
Many mums say this is the class where they begin to feel strong, capable and more like themselves again. The challenge is real, but it's built around where you are now, not where you think you should be.
What about bub?
There's no expectation for babies to lie quietly or "behave" in this class.
Babies will cry, feed, sleep, move, need cuddles and need you. That's completely normal. Every mum in the room is in the same season of life, and somehow you rarely notice the other babies, only your own.
You're always welcome to pause, feed, settle your baby or simply take a moment whenever you need to. This is a space where real life is welcome, exactly as it is.

What our members say
This is the best studio, Tatiana has a wealth of knowledge and every class is amazing. The mum and bub circuits class is brilliant and bub loves it too. The post-partum journey is easier and better with this studio's support. Cannot recommend it more.
“Couldn't ask for a more enjoyable, inclusive and motivational experience. I started at Evolvere when I was 9 weeks pregnant and am now bringing my 11 week old baby to Baby and Me Barre, Power Circuit, yoga and Post Natal Pilates. Tatiana has been a wonderful support through my pregnancy and birth.”
“Words simply can't express how satisfied I am with Evolvere. There are various programs for individuals looking for different exercises. The perk of it for me was going to mums and Bubs classes, and there are more than 1 type. Professional instructors, quality classes. They really make you feel valued.”
Common questions
Most mums begin from around 6 weeks postpartum, or whenever they feel ready to start moving again. If you have any medical concerns or specific recovery considerations, please speak with your care provider before starting postnatal exercise.
Not at all. The class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you exercised throughout pregnancy or haven't moved your body in months. You'll work at your own pace with options offered throughout class.
The class is specifically designed for postnatal recovery and rebuilding. There's no pressure to push yourself, keep up or "bounce back." Some mums take things slowly, others are ready for more challenge. Both are completely okay.
Honestly, that's very normal.
Babies cry, feed, sleep, need cuddles and sometimes want nothing more than to be held for the entire class. You can pause, feed, settle or simply sit with your baby whenever needed. Nobody is judging you because every mum in the room has been there too.
That's completely fine too. Some days motherhood feels smooth and other days it feels hard before you even leave the house. You're welcome to take breaks, sit out exercises or simply spend part of the class cuddling your baby if that's what the day requires.
Bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing you can move in, and whatever your baby may need during the class. A baby carrier can also be helpful, but isn't essential. All exercise equipment is provided.
Evolvere is located on the first floor and access is via stairs only. There is currently no lift access or dedicated pram parking space inside the studio.
Many mums do still arrive with prams and often leave them outside the studio door at their own discretion. We recommend bringing all valuables upstairs with you. Smaller travel prams that can fold down may also be left neatly on the stair landing if space allows.
Some mums prefer to arrive with a baby carrier instead, especially during the early months.
If you're unsure what will work best for you, please feel free to contact us before your first class.
Perfect. Some babies sleep through the whole session, others stay awake and watch everything happening around them. There's no "right" way for babies to be in these classes.
Most mums walk in feeling nervous the first time. The beautiful part is that everyone is in the same season of life, figuring it out together. The atmosphere is supportive, relaxed and very far from intimidating.
There's limited street parking on Austin Street. The Lane Cove Market Square car park across the road offers 2 hours free, and the Lane Cove Canopy car park is a short walk away.
This class uses the same circuit style structure, but everything is adapted for postnatal recovery and rebuilding. Core and pelvic floor work is postnatal aware, the pace is more flexible, and of course, your baby comes with you. Regular Power Circuit is the full intensity version without babies.
