Pregnancy Yoga
A supportive pregnancy yoga class designed to help you feel strong, mobile and more comfortable as your body changes.
Is this for you?
Pregnancy changes the way your body feels, moves and responds day to day. This class gives you space to slow down, move well and build the strength, mobility and confidence to support your pregnancy, birth and recovery.
This class is for you if:
• You want to stay active and supported throughout pregnancy
• You want to ease common discomforts like back pain, hip tension and fatigue
• You want to build strength and mobility that supports labour and birth
• You want to feel calmer, more connected to your breath and more prepared for birth
• You're looking for a welcoming space surrounded by other pregnant women
Suitable from early pregnancy through to full term, with no yoga experience needed.
Safe for you and your baby
Every movement in this class is thoughtfully selected for pregnancy, with options offered throughout to support your changing body through each trimester.
Your teacher is trained in prenatal yoga and understands the physical and emotional changes that can come with pregnancy.
If you have any pregnancy related concerns or complications, please reach out before your first class so we can help guide you toward the most appropriate options and support.
As always, check with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise during pregnancy.
What to expect
Arrive about ten minutes early and your teacher will welcome you in, check how you're feeling and help you get set up with bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Classes begin with slow breath work to help you settle into the space and arrive in your body. From there, you'll move through gentle, supportive movement designed to build strength and stability through the hips, legs and back while easing common areas of tension like the shoulders and lower back.
Nothing is forced and everything can be adjusted to support your body and stage of pregnancy.
Throughout class, you'll also explore breathing and movement techniques that can support you during labour and birth. Classes finish with guided relaxation, which is often the part people look forward to most.
Most women leave feeling calmer, more comfortable in their body and more prepared for the changes of pregnancy and birth.

What our members say
I started going to Tatiana's classes when I first fell pregnant and I couldn't have been more happy with the decision. I didn't think it was possible to feel so fit, healthy and in tune with your body while pregnant and I credit her classes and her knowledge around pregnancy and the body for allowing me to feel this way.
“The pregnancy yoga with Tatiana is not only a nice and well needed stretch and strengthening the muscles you will need, it's also seeing other mums to be how different we all are and yet in the same situation. It is also about knowledge, information and breathing techniques that really helps during pregnancy and birth!”
“I joined Evolvere 5 months ago when we moved to Lane Cove. Tatiana is an amazing teacher, warm, kind and friendly. Her classes have definitely helped my body prepare for birth by increasing my core strength, endurance and positive mindset. Highly recommend for all mums to be.”
