Stretch, Roll & Release workshop at Evolvere Lane Cove

Stretch, Roll & Release

Release tension, move more freely and feel better in your body.

What this workshop is about

Most of us spend our days sitting, training, carrying children, working at a desk, driving or simply moving through life without giving our bodies the recovery they need.

Over time, tension builds. Muscles become tight, movement feels restricted and aches and pains start to feel normal.

But tight muscles don't just affect flexibility. They can contribute to back pain, neck and shoulder tension, reduced mobility, poor posture and slower recovery from exercise.

Stretch, Roll & Release is designed to help you unwind those patterns of tension and give your body the recovery it deserves.

Sometimes the difference between feeling stiff and feeling great isn't more exercise. It's better recovery.

What to expect

Over 90 minutes you'll be guided through a carefully structured recovery session combining:

• physio roller techniques

• massage ball release work

• myofascial release methods

• active stretching

• mobility exercises

• restorative yoga

You'll learn how to identify areas of tension, release them safely and take simple techniques home to continue using between workshops.

The pace is slow and focused, giving you time to work deeply into each area rather than rushing from exercise to exercise.

Most people leave feeling noticeably looser, lighter and more mobile than when they arrived.

Who is this for?

This workshop is suitable for:

• gym-goers, runners and active individuals

• yoga and Pilates students

• people who sit at a desk for long periods

• parents carrying babies and young children

• anyone experiencing stiffness, tension or reduced mobility

• anyone wanting to move more freely and comfortably

No experience is required.

Absolutely. One of the biggest benefits of this workshop is learning simple, effective recovery techniques you can continue using at home with a foam roller, massage ball or similar equipment. Many participants find these tools become part of their regular recovery routine.
